WPT® Global Events Manager Steve De Santis adds reFLEXion LED video displays to the design experience of the worldwide leader in gaming and poker entertainment

Nashville, TN (12/12/2019) – Broadcasting globally in more than 150 countries and territories, World Poker Tour (WPT) is the premier name in gaming and entertainment and has ignited the worldwide poker industry. As a leader in the innovation of the sport since 2002, WPT also hosts a number of high-profile corporate and VIP events throughout the year. Needing a design element that could accentuate the visual experience at each tournament and event, WPT Global Events Manager Steve De Santis invested in reFLEXion LED video systems from Nashville-based PixelFLEX™.

“WPT features a lot of professional and recreational players we see often who look for comfortability and reliability with tournament structures they trust from people they recognize and know,” began De Santis. “We have a footprint on six continents and our players love the quality and consistency of our events.”

Knowing the level of trust and commitment shown by the players, De Santis wanted to ensure that each event provided the most engaging gaming experience. Having previously relied upon standard graphic displays to help create the ideal environment, he now wanted to heighten the creative potential of the visual displays to match the excitement around each tournament.

“As part of our event presentation and playing environment, we had been using older graphic kiosks for quite some time which really was the impetus for our search,” continued De Santis. “As an innovator in the game of poker, WPT wanted something that was a bit more impactful and most importantly to our tour management personnel, portable. We needed a technology solution easy to transport and able to deliver a unique visual impact.”

A dynamic replacement for traditional static and backlit signage, the reFLEXion LED is a self-contained 2.5mm pitch/resolution video display with a sleek design for easy mobility throughout any space. Its Wi-Fi connectivity allows for convenient networking and content updating to maximize the viewer experience, and it is customizable with multiple base options. The LED display of reFLEXion can be further customized to a specific size with an assortment of color aluminum frame options, plus it can create seamless right angles to wrap around 90 degree corners wherever needed.

“One of WPT’s leaders had actually heard about the reFLEXion LED system before, but initially thought it might be a price concern for us,” added De Santis. “As I took the lead on the project, we sourced about 20 different manufacturers and were really open to trying any solution as long as it was lightweight and portable. What we found was that the reFLEXion was a perfect fit for us, and it was the best solution for both our needs and our budget as we kicked off our 18th season.”

With the technology from PixelFLEX now on hand, De Santis and his team got straight to work putting them to use. Ready to see the difference created by using high-definition LED video displays throughout the tournament floor, the reFLEXion systems took the event design to a completely different level.

“We used the new LED video displays for the first time on a main tour stop in Atlantic City, and we found that the content options are almost limitless,” admitted De Santis. “You can easily layer video, text and still image content on top of each other, and we are very excited to experience its full potential. We are ready for everything that the displays can do and it seems that they can accommodate anything we can imagine.”

While some may be wary of how easy it might be to create dynamic video content for an LED video display, De Santis was also surprised by the simplicity of the reFLEXion operating system. Working within the wireless capabilities of the displays, the event management team at WPT was quickly able to have their new event design ready for its debut.

“Utilizing the software provided by PixelFLEX, we were easily able to plug-and-play with the reFLEXion LED video displays,” explained De Santis. “We had quite a bit of fun seeing what we could design on the fly as we were able to connect to them wirelessly, which was an absolute lifestyle change for us. With its intuitive nature and the simplicity of the software, our event set-up was a lot easier and it allowed us to start using them right out of the box without any issues at all.”

Wanting to also take advantage of the portability capabilities of the new displays, De Santis would have another opportunity for creativity on their first tour stop. With a number of events taking place as part of the tournament, the reFLEXion LED video systems doubled-down on their design potential.

“The mobility of the devices make it so that we can be more creative in our decisions of how to impact not only the tournament, but also our client and corporate events as well,” concluded De Santis. “At the Atlantic City event, we were able to relocate the displays from the casino floor into the Sports Book and upload new content specifically for an exclusive VIP Player party. The ability to take a digital kiosk from one side of a venue to another has never been an option for us, and this opens up a whole new level of creative possibilities.”

Nashville-based Advent designs a unique and interactive visitor experience for the University’s new Athletics Hall of Fame featuring a FLEXUltra LED video system

Nashville, TN (11/14/2019) – Located in the Red McCombs Red Zone at Darrell K. Royal Memorial Stadium, the new Frank Denius Family University of Texas Athletics Hall of Fame recently celebrated its grand opening. As the University’s first-ever sports Hall of Fame, the $17.1 million project tells the story of Texas Athletics from its first team in 1893 to what has become one of the nation’s premier programs. Wanting to uniquely highlight the achievements of their 20 athletic teams, the University worked with the experience creation firm Advent who created an interactive storytelling experience with a design that included a large-format FLEXUltra LED video display from PixelFLEX™.

“While speaking with Chris Del Conte, University of Texas Vice President and Director of Athletics, he explained that the University needed a place where people could experience what it truly means to be a Longhorn,” began John Downie, Advent Vice President of Experience. “The design was really all about finding the stories that most embodied the Longhorns’ culture.”

Diving further into the design aspects desired by the University, Downie and the Advent team wanted to uniquely accentuate the renowned accomplishments of the athletics programs. With numerous National Championships across multiple sports, the University has much to celebrate and Downie wanted to give them the proper attention they deserved.

“We always knew we wanted to create a large scale visual focus point for the National Championship moments,” continued Downie. “As we worked through the various story elements that would inform the narrative, we realized there was an opportunity to leverage visual assets and create video content to bring the stories to life. As we evolved the design, it became clear that we would be able to utilize one of the walls for a large-scale visual moment, so we called PixelFLEX LED.”

Turning their attention to the video installation, the design team wanted to make sure that all of the visual elements worked together in unison. As an interactive visitor experience, it would also be essential to create a technical design that could tell the story of the athletics programs on any given day.

“It’s an interesting space where one wall holds a significant number of National Championship trophies with a kinetic lighting installation as well,” explained Downie. “The installation is unique in that the interactive systems driving the 16’ x 9’ LED video wall are also tied into the lighting control system of the ‘multi-modal’ space. One mode provides modern, bench seating for visitors to dwell and appreciate the AV content on a daily basis, while the other mode enables the large space to accommodate thousands of fans who visit the space specifically on game-day.”

A dynamic and high definition LED display, FLEXUltra allows for boundless opportunities to experience true HD quality video with the creative freedom to define any space. Utilizing the impact and scratch resistant COB PixelShield™ technology, FLEXUltra is designed in a convenient 16:9 ratio and has a 160° horizontal and vertical viewing angle. With fully font-serviceable panels for quick and easy onsite installation and maintenance, FLEXUltra operates with a 3840Hz refresh rate to eliminate on-camera scan lines and flicker, and is available in 0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm and 1.9mm pixel pitch options.

“Balancing resolution and pixel pitch with client budget is always a key driver of success for us,” added Downie. “For this design, we wanted a great quality image that didn’t blow the available funds, and we also needed a shallow mounting and cabinet option to recess the screen for a more integrated space.”

With two weeks to install and commission the LED video system, the Advent team provided the full-motion HD video content as well. Knowing the power that comes from the use of an eye-catching visual experience, Downie is excited about the creative design possibilities which lie ahead.

“We can now realize seamless large format video displays much more effectively,” concluded Downie. “The simplicity of installation and back-end infrastructure, as well as lower cooling and power requirements, gives us a tremendous opportunity to advocate for high-definition LED video displays where previously it just wouldn’t have been possible.”

On this episode of LED Talk, host Tyler Kern was joined by Jon Lewis, Lead Consultant and Sales Representative at PixelFLEX, and Chris Clark, Director of Media, Southside Baptist Church to discuss the ins and outs of LED in the house of worship.

Clark, for context, described why his Southside Baptist Church decided to move their screens to LEDs, and what the advantages have been. One advantage: LEDs do not have the same glare issues Southside’s old monitors did, which make the screens easier to view when stage lights are on during services.

Lewis described the process PixelFlex goes through when working with churches on their needs.
“Finding out how they are currently exporting video and how they are currently putting content together,” Lewis said, are key findings PixelFLEX goes through with churches on needs assessment. “How big a screen do you need, how are you going to push content, and how intricate can you get,” are all important considerations.

Clark detailed his fantastic experience working with Lewis and PixelFLEX on Southside’s needs.
“Start to finish the whole process and working with John and PixelFLEX was as good as it could possibly be,” he said.

A key point, Clark mentioned, is his church budgeted out their needs and then worked with Lewis and PixelFLEX on the project and timing. For Lewis, his suggestion is houses of worship should start their conversations prior to when they want to make their purchase, so the deliverables are ready when they need them.
Lewis provided examples throughout the discussion of various uses for LED in churches, and the types of request he and his team receive. In the end, Clark’s satisfaction with the move to LED, left him with nothing but praise, and suggested other houses of worship should look into making the switch.

Video walls can create stunning centerpieces for a variety of spaces. LED video displays can transform any environment, but you may become overwhelmed when you look at all the options on the market. There are many elements to consider when selecting video screens, including indoor vs outdoor, pixel pitch, front vs rear serviceability, and shape. If you aren’t sure where to start, PixelFLEX™ has products to fit every need.

So Many Video Wall Options—Where to Start

To get started, it’s essential to understand the basics. Here are some fast facts you should know:

  • An LED (light emitting diode) is a semiconductor device that emits visible light when an electric current passes through it.
  • LEDs require much less power than other types of screens powered by incandescent lamps, offering greater efficiency and a longer lifespan.
  • Indoor LED screens have wide-viewing angles, no color shifts, and have a smooth appearance from a short distance.
  • Outdoor LEDs are weather-proof, very bright, and are ideal for longer viewing distances.
  • Brightness is a key element in designing your video wall and is measured by nits. Indoor LEDs typically have 1000-1500 nits while outdoor LEDs have 2000-3000 nits. A nit is almost 3.5 times brighter than a LUX, the measurement of brightness used by projector screens.
  • Pixel pitch is another important part of LED selection. Pixel pitch is the physical distance from the center of one pixel to the next, measured in millimeters. The higher the number, the fewer pixels, and lower resolution. Depending on viewing distance, you’ll need to determine the right pixel pitch for optimal resolution. A general rule is 3.28 feet per 1mm of resolution.
  • Cost and budget are always a consideration. LEDs have a higher initial investment than projectors but last much longer.

Finding the Right Video Wall Equipment for Your Project

If you aren’t an AV expert, selecting the right LED video wall may seem difficult. It’s important to educate yourself on the basics of LED screens, as provided above. This gives you a foundation to begin your search. As you work with those that have specific expertise, like PixelFLEX, you’ll know the right questions to ask about pixel pitch, brightness, and longevity.

To narrow down your selection, ask these questions:

  • How will you use the display? Does it need to be the central element in a setting? Or is it a backdrop?
  • Are you using the displays inside or outside?
  • Will it be viewed from long or short distances?
  • How will it be mounted? Does the area require a certain shape or curvature of the screen?

Depending on your answers, you can narrow down exactly what you need to bring your ideas to life.

Products for Every Video Wall

PixelFLEX has a large variety of award-winning LED displays. We can create nearly any size or shape screen required. From indoor to outdoor to curved configurations, there’s a perfect product for every installation.

You may have specific goals for your video walls—attracting attention, upselling, increasing curb appeal—and our team of experienced professionals will help you reach that goal. As a full-service LED provider, we collaborate with customers creatively to ensure the best experience.

Think about the last great visual experience you’ve seen. Can you name the hardware components, the types of light used, or the specifications of the speakers that accompanied this experience you’re thinking of? Probably not because a great experience for a consumer is not about the hardware; it’s about the feeling. On this new episode of LEDTalk, host Tyler Kern sat down with two venerable experts in creating stunning visual experiences– David Venus, Chief Marketing Officer at PixelFLEX and Alberto Scirocco, CEO of LeftChannel.

“Content is not the thing that runs the hardware, content is the whole experience,” Scirocco said. LeftChannel is an Ohio-based motion graphics and animation studio with a focus on creating innovative, brand-centric work across platforms.

“But sometimes we see people who are excited to run into building a visual experience so they rush straight to the solution. They figure, ‘I want to put screens in this space,’ but when they do that they already created a portion of the content,” he said.
That’s why thought has to be put into the content picture as a whole, Venus explained.
“Purpose really starts from the beginning,” Venus said. “What are you trying to accomplish, create, and evoke in this digital experience?”

Award-winning LED video manufacturer helps create a dynamic and memorable client experience using FLEXThin LED for new residential development in New York City

Nashville, TN (9/3/2019) – With a reputation as a premier luxury home builder, Toll Bothers City Living brings the same level of quality and amenities to the most dynamic urban markets nationwide. Offering contemporary architecture and elegant finishes that accentuate the lifestyle of luxury, the sales professionals behind the scenes often operate in the most competitive residential markets. Needing a client experience that truly separates them from the competition, the team at Toll Brothers City Living recently created an innovative VR experience with the assistance of a FLEXThin 2.6mm LED video solution from PixelFLEX™

“There is a lot of competition in the urban, residential real estate market, so whenever we design a sales gallery for a new condominium, we strive to implement an ‘X-factor’. Something which makes our presentation a little different, memorable and unique,” said Michael Duff, Marketing Director, Toll Brothers City Living. “At most sales offices in New York City, developers are using iPad technology and large screen LCD TV’s to showcase their renderings and floor plans, so we decided to take this one step further and provide an immersive VR and PixelFLEX LED video experience for our perspective clients.”

FLEXThin is an ultra-thin, lightweight and high-resolution LED video display designed specifically for the installation market. With a 160-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angle which provides increased display coverage, each panel is front-serviceable and comes in two sizes to give your design the desired dimensions. Now available in 1.9mm, 2.6mm, 3.1mm and 3.9mm pixel pitch options, FLEXThin is the ideal solution for an impressive, interior LED video installation.

“At 77 Charlton Street in West Soho, we wanted to create a large viewing area so that everyone in the room could see what the person wearing the VR headset is looking at, and still feel as if they are a taking part in the virtual tour,” continued Duff. “To do this, we decided to implement a high-resolution LED video wall as part of the sales experience to showcase our product offerings. Once we reached out to our integration partners to see who might be available to do this on a larger scale, they got us in touch with the design team at PixelFLEX.”

Ready to begin the creation of their unconventional client experience, the space considerations that come with a Manhattan sales office was a bit of a challenge. Having a specific concept as to how the LED video should fit into the design, it was the performance capabilities of the FLEXThin that gave the custom touch needed.

“In the sales gallery, clients are first greeted by an associate and discuss their residential living needs as they tour the kitchen and bathroom vignettes and view miniature scale models, concluding with the VR and LED video wall,” explained Duff.  “The video panels are wall-mounted in a gallery setting, and the full screen measures approximately 10-feet square. One of the great things about working with PixelFLEX is that we weren’t stuck in a 16:9 world. We had a lot of flexibility to implement a custom configuration in order to maximize our viewing area and allow all our clients to have the same experience.”

With the installation complete, the design team turned their attention to the control systems and content management of the innovative sales office. Knowing that simplicity would be key, the entire system is able to be controlled by each sales agent to launch the high-resolution and dynamic property tour.

“The video wall is controlled via the sales agents iPad and the content showcases all of our digital assets – renderings, photos, floor plans and area maps,” added Duff. “We are able to virtually walk clients through the front door, into the lobby, courtyard, lounge area, fitness room, and then also out to the pool with steam and sauna rooms. We also take them up to the rooftop sky lounge, so they can see the New York City view. Inside the residences, we then modeled out six typical floorplans found in the building, giving them a truly memorable tour of the property.”

In many competitive urban markets nationwide, digital signage is being relied upon every day to create a more connected consumer experience. Understanding the value that comes with creating those connections, the sales team at Toll Brothers City Living is excited to now be showcasing their luxury properties with the assistance of a FLEXThin LED video wall.

“In the New York market, there are a lot of opportunities for digital signage such as high-end retail, so we thought it would be a great fit for this application as well,” concluded Duff. “One of the best things about using LED video in this manner is that you have a lot of flexibility in terms of making your screen the right size and scale to fit your needs. With anything VR, people either love it or they’re not into it, but with the high-resolution LED video wall, all of our clients can be guided by the sales agent through an uninterrupted image that creates a unique and dynamic sales experience.”

Los Angeles-based production design firm invests in a new inventory of high-resolution and durable FLEXUltra XT from the Nashville-based LED video manufacturer

Nashville, TN (8/22/2019) – Through a focus on bringing together the right team with the right technology, Los Angeles-based Jargon Entertainment has been setting the highest standards for a dynamic on-camera experience for over 20 years. Having worked on many high-profile film and television productions around the world, their design team is always seeking to implement the most creative technology solutions possible. As the implementation of LED video has begun to increase in their production environments, Jargon Entertainment recently made the decision to invest in a new inventory of durable and high-resolution FLEXUltra XT LED from Nashville-based PixelFLEX™.

“We have been involved with creating production designs for television and movie sets for a while now, but we have always sub-rented the LED video in our projects,” began Lucas Solomon, President, Jargon Entertainment. “Deciding that it was now time to handle this in-house, we did a bit of online research and began contacting potential manufacturers. After speaking with the team at PixelFLEX LED, I felt very comfortable with them and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.”

While researching the available LED video solutions and providers, Solomon had a clear focus on the precise technology needed. Knowing that a tight pixel pitch and dependability would be key to the success of their purchase, he was excited to find both with PixelFLEX LED.

“I was looking for a technology with very high-resolution capabilities, somewhere around the 1.8-1.9mm pixel pitch range,” explained Solomon. “Most other manufacturers could only hit the 2.8mm range, but we needed something with a more high-definition output that really looked nice. As PixelFLEX began showing me their FLEXUltra XT technology, they also showed me their new protective coating technology that would provide the added benefit of durability to our LED video screen, and it worked out great.”

With no time to waste, the new Jargon Entertainment inventory of FLEXUltra XT would be immediately put to the test. Shipped directly onsite to Pebble Beach, California, the new technology had to be ready to create a memorable experience for guests of Cisco on the 18th green.

“To start, the FLEXUltra XT LED video was going straight into a very high-profile event we were doing at the 2019 US Open Championship,” added Solomon. “We were hired by Octagon to implement an LED video screen into the Cisco sponsor tent, which would then be used for corporate branding and live streaming content from the network trucks as well. They would be using their Cisco-vision system to push the different content to the wall through a 4K 60Hz signal, and PixelFLEX was very helpful in making sure that everything implemented perfectly.”

Ready to deploy the FLEXUltra XT technology even further, Solomon is confident that its usage will reach into many different aspects of production design. Originally purchased for its television and film capabilities, Jargon Entertainment has already seen its creative potential come to life on set.

“Moving forward, I see us being able to deploy the technology into many more designs for live events, television and film,” admitted Solomon. “On one of the television productions we work on, we recently used it for the background in a balcony set-up, in place of a duratrans or green screen, showing a high-resolution image of Los Angeles that looked beautiful. There are simply so many different things you can do with it.”

Having now learned a great deal about the intricacies of LED video technology, Solomon understands the value gained through the decision to work with the team at PixelFLEX. Continuing to build on the philosophy of pairing the right team with the right technology, he is appreciative for their customer support provided along the way.

“I really enjoyed working with everyone at PixelFLEX LED because of their willingness to make sure you have exactly what you need for your project to be a success,” concluded Solomon. “Going into the initial process, I wasn’t the most knowledgeable on LED video and its deployment capabilities, but PixelFLEX really took care of us every step of the way and did a phenomenal job.”

It can be challenging to capture the attention of your customers and visitors. LED walls can help. These large scale, high-resolution digital displays make an impression that’s difficult to ignore. But an LED wall is a significant investment, so savvy buyers are seeking ways to lower costs without sacrificing quality or wasting time throughout the buying process.

Quality, Timeline, and Budget Affect One Another

The Project Management Triangle, also known as the Triple Constraint or Iron Triangle, has been used to represent the constraints of project management since at least the 1950s. In language simple enough to fit on a T-shirt, it can be summarized as “Fast, cheap, or good…pick any two.” When it comes to LED walls, that philosophy implies that if you want an inexpensive display quickly, it won’t be of good quality. And if you want high quality at a low price, you’ll have to wait. In reality, this model is a bit too simplistic, since these three factors are not measured as absolute “good” or “bad” choices, but on a sliding scale. All three considerations are important, so finding the right solution for your unique situation is a balancing act.

Balancing the Three Sides of the Triangle

If you’re operating under both a tight timeline and budget, don’t expect your supplier to design a high-end LED wall for you. Lead times on large LED displays are typically much longer than other types, and high-resolution displays are obviously more expensive. If you have a longer timeline and a more generous budget, however, you have more options available to you, depending on the size, content type, and installation desired. If you want high-quality with a quick turnaround, however, be prepared to pay the big bucks. If you don’t have a budget in mind or have no idea what the associated costs might be, have a conversation with your supplier. They can help establish a theoretical budget, the details of which can be finessed as your needs become more evident. Working from the timeline and budget side can help point you toward the best quality solution for your unique situation.

Maximize Your LED Wall Budget

Like anything, you get what you pay for with digital displays. Manufacturers continue to push the envelope in an effort to create an ever-finer display. The lower the pixel pitch, the closer individual pixels are to each other and the higher the resolution. A decade ago, 10mm to 20mm pitches were standard, but today pixel pitches of one millimeter or less are not uncommon. Before choosing a high-resolution LED wall, a buyer should consider how they will use the display. First, consider how far away viewers will typically be. A good rule of thumb is to multiply the pixel pitch times ten to get the approximate viewing distance in feet. Any higher resolution would largely be a waste of money. Also, consider buying older technology. What was deemed high-resolution a year or two ago may be regarded as “old hat” by techies today, but may be perfectly acceptable for your use – and sold at a big discount. Finally, look for manufacturers who are creating standardized displays that allow you to easily upgrade in the future as more powerful technology becomes more affordable.

Consider the Following When Budgeting Your Project:

  • Time affects everything – Leave yourself enough time to do thorough research so you can buy the right product for your solution. A lot of LED manufacturers can have lead times that vary anywhere from 30 to 90 days. If you need to rush, additional charges may be incurred.
  • What are you trying to accomplish? – This seems like a fairly simple question. However, it can influence the product, pitch, and other processing variables you choose, which, in turn, significantly affect the price of your LED video display solution. Do you really need the highest resolution pitch on the market, or can you move down to a slightly lower resolution to accomplish the same thing and potentially save thousands of dollars?
  • Think through content and playback before you purchase – This is often the most overlooked aspect of any LED video display build. Ultimately, your display is only as good as your input source. Having quality content and the right media server in place will help maximize your investment.
  • Pick a provider you trust and asks the right questions from the beginning – A great LED manufacturer with strong partnerships with integrators and designers can save you money in the long term. Whether through its warranty and service or presales engineering and support, a partner offering these features can catch a lot of things upfront that could end up costing you money later.

Deploying a digital signage network on any scale can be a long, involved process for a business. However, spending the bulk of their time and effort selecting hardware and software solutions and comparing the benefits of various content providers means customers may miss a critical aspect of the process: the installation. This is where an experienced integrator can prove invaluable. Contracting the services of an accomplished integrator will help guarantee quality installation and service over the life of an LED display, ensuring the long-term success of digital signage projects.

How to Choose a Great Integrator

An integrator’s job is to create a system that works and meets requirements, delivered on time and on budget. But that’s just the beginning. A truly great integrator goes the extra mile, translating business requirements into superior technology solutions with a long lifespan. The process begins with excellent communication skills. A skilled integrator will listen, learning the unique issues the client faces and the distinct needs of the viewing audience. The integrator should not simply be an order taker. Rather, the integrator should have the expertise to determine both the current requirements of the project as well as future goals, advise the customer about existing and upcoming technology, and then recommend a future-proof solution that will scale as technology and business needs evolve. This will help save money and effort over time while guaranteeing many years of productive use out of this significant investment. Finally, an integrator serves as a trusted partner for the long haul, providing ongoing support as systems need to be refreshed and updated.

A Great Integrator Makes for a Stress-Free Installation Process

Installing a digital display is a lot more complicated than setting up a home entertainment system; therefore, clients should work with an integrator with experience in the many nuances of digital signage. At the minimum, a digital signage network that has been improperly installed or set-up will deliver something less than what the end-user had hoped for, leading to constant frustration—as well as an ever-mounting price tag—as troubleshooters try to track down issues and correct them. At worst, a system could prove a safety hazard in violation of various building codes. In short, hiring a cut-rate installer who doesn’t have the proficiency to handle the job may save a few dollars now, but will undoubtedly end up costing more in the long-run.

The Benefits an Experienced Integrator Brings to the Table

There are many reasons to work with a professional digital signage integrator. First, a professional integrator will have long-standing relationships with the major equipment manufacturers with verifiable experience in the installation of their products. Next, a great integrator will be able to translate complex technical requirements and industry terminology into terms the end-user can understand, providing them with the knowledge to make an intelligent choice. Further, experienced integrators not only pay attention to the details of a project, but the big picture as well, addressing issues early in the planning process before they become costly problems. Also, a seasoned integrator knows which products work well together, and which may end up causing compatibility problems down the road. They also know how to properly handle gear, ensuring that neither the equipment nor facility is inadvertently damaged during installation. Finally, when issues do arise, it’s essential to be working with an integrator who has both the financial and human resources to correct any mistakes and make things right.
